Re-enactor talks about ‘Spies of the Civil War’

Civil War re-enactor Paul Goebbel talks about “Spies of the Civil War” at 7 p.m. at the Minerva Public Library, 677 Lynnwood Dr. His talk will focus on new and old methods used by both sides in America’s bloodiest war. This program is free and of interest to all ages.
